GROUP PURPOSE
This group serves as a platform for:

Sharing professional development opportunities and resources
Supporting career advancement and visibility
Discussing workplace inclusion strategies
Fostering mentorship relationships

First occurrence: Private discussion
Second occurrence: Membership review
Third occurrence: Membership suspension
Severe violations result in immediate removal of the Group and TechSTL
