Women of Tech Affinity Group

The Women of Tech Affinity Group is a members-only community within TechSTL, dedicated to supporting and empowering those who identify as women in the technology sector across St. Louis. Meeting monthly, this group fosters a collaborative environment where members can connect, share experiences, and drive initiatives that advance gender equity and inclusion in tech.

Through thoughtfully curated events, tailored resources, and focused advocacy efforts, the Women of Tech Affinity Group provides members with tools and opportunities to thrive in their careers while shaping a more inclusive tech ecosystem. Members work together to address challenges, celebrate successes, and create pathways for future generations of women in technology.

From mentoring and professional development to influencing policy and building networks, the Women of Tech Affinity Group is a vital platform for championing the contributions of women and advancing gender diversity in the St. Louis tech community.

The Committee meets once a month via Zoom on the third Thursday, from 9 AM – 10 AM
